Welcome to Monley Cronin Construction, based in Woodland, California.  Since 1980, seasoned custom home builders Pat Monley and Dick Cronin have designed and constructed over 250 new homes in the northern California communities of Davis, Woodland and surrounding Yolo County. Monley Cronin is committed to building homes of lasting value through superior craftsmanship and attention to detail, distinctive architecture and a desire to preserve the qualities and flavor of the vintage homes and local neighborhoods they raised their families in.

A plan 12 years in the making, Monley Cronin is currently developing Heritage Park in Woodland’s Spring Lake community. Its pastoral setting, one-of-a-kind architectural designs and energy efficient homes are inspired by years of research into the historical period styles found in the greater Sacramento area, including the fabulous forties homes in Sacramento, College Park in Davis, and the vintage homes in Woodland.
